2. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of the UmrahDeals website and the booking of travel packages through our platform. By using our services or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Bookings and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices displayed on our website are in Euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Full payment is required at the time of booking. We process payments securely through Revolut. By completing a booking, you authorize us to charge the total amount to your selected payment method.

A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us. Until then, the booking is considered provisional.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund, provided the visa has not yet been applied for.

No refunds will be issued after the visa application has been submitted or approved. This is because visa fees and associated processing costs are non-recoverable once the application is in progress.

If the airline or hotel cancels your booking due to operational reasons, we will work with the provider to secure a replacement or refund in accordance with their policies. We are not liable for cancellations caused by third-party suppliers.

5. Travel Documentation and Visa

It is your responsibility to ensure that you hold a valid passport with at least six months' validity from your date of travel and that you meet all entry requirements for Saudi Arabia.

We facilitate the visa application process on your behalf. However, visa approval is at the sole discretion of the Saudi authorities. We do not guarantee visa issuance and are not liable for delays or rejections.

You must provide accurate and complete information and documentation. Any errors or omissions may result in visa refusal or travel disruption, for which we accept no liability.

6. Flights

Flight bookings are arranged through Duffel, our technology partner. All flights are subject to the terms and conditions of the operating airline.

Airlines may change schedules, cancel flights, or alter routes at their discretion. We will notify you of any changes as soon as practicable, but we are not liable for airline-initiated changes.

Baggage allowances, seat selection, and in-flight services are governed by the airline's policies. Please review these directly with the airline before travel.

7. Accommodation

Hotel bookings are arranged through Duffel Stays and other accommodation partners. Where Booking.com terms of service apply, those terms are also incorporated by reference.

Hotel ratings, descriptions, and amenities are provided by the accommodation provider. We do not independently verify this information and are not liable for discrepancies.

Check-in and check-out times, cancellation policies, and house rules are set by the hotel and must be observed.

8. Liability and Limitations

UmrahDeals acts as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not the operator of flights, hotels, or other travel services. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking fees we retain.

We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience arising from the acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, government authorities, or other third parties.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government restrictions, or strikes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and, where applicable, the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
